So you have spent a lot of time developing your business, growing your sales pipeline and gained a number of precious new clients. Now what? Are you going to make the mistakes hundreds of businesses do and just ignore them now?

Make sure you maintain a good level of contact with your customers, make sure you are looking after them. But most of all, make sure they are happy! In our culture plenty of people would rather swap service providers than complain. Don’t lose customers because you took your eye off the ball.
